CTC History

CTC’s beginnings in 2005 were as part of DYMAX Services, a testing company seeking to add electrical engineering services.  In 2014, DYMAX Engineering became a division of Utilities Instrumentation Service [UIS] of Dexter, Mich., a prominent testing agency.

In 2021, CTC became a fully independent woman-owned, small business enterprise (SBE) company owned by Sharon A. DeBelly, with a niche expertise in electrical power engineering problem solving, research, investigations and training.

While CTC’s ownership may have changed, the core group of engineers have remained and continue to operate with the dedicated focus of serving our clients.
